Yogis and would-be yogis, come to the garden for 108 Sun Salutations! Welcome the arrival of the summer solstice at Kerby’s Nursery and celebrate Keystone Yoga's 5th anniversary. Keystone’s owner, Kristen Molinaro, will lead us through the sequence of Sun Salutation A 108 times with periodic breaks. Enjoy a special summer experience doing yoga in the garden.
The Details:
Please bring your own mat. The class will
take place on the boardwalk in the Nursery; feel free to bring a towel to place
under your mat as well. You may visit Kerby's Nursery Virtual
Tour for a video of the Nursery and the boardwalk.
Arrive by 7:10 am to park (free), check in (there is a waiver to
sign), and find a space on the boardwalk for your mat.
Our 70-minute class offers modifications for all levels,
ensuring a safe and inclusive practice. Active yoga poses and breaks provide
moments to rejuvenate, making the experience accessible to everyone. We
recommend hydrating in advance to optimize your practice.

108 Sun Salutations:
Yogis often perform 108 Sun Salutations to celebrate the
summer solstice, which holds significant spiritual and energetic importance in

breath. Sun Salutations generate heat in the body, activating Prana, or energy,
creating a holistic experience.
