Please bring your own mat; water will be provided, or you can bring your own water to drink. The class will take place on the boardwalk in Kerby's Greenhouse; feel free to bring a towel to place under your mat as well.
This event is part of Wellness Weekend at Kerby's Nursery, where we're celebrating the Power of Plants and enjoying self-care in the garden. Plants provide so many wellness benefits, including promoting exercise through gardening, reducing stress and symptoms of depression, encouraging stronger memory retention, decreasing noise pollution, and more. Relax and renew in the garden with us!
