Join us for a two-hour Mad Hatter–inspired sourdough focaccia workshop set among the gardens at Kerby’s Nursery. This outdoor class blends the magic of sourdough with a playful, garden tea-party atmosphere and is perfect for both beginners and seasoned bakers alike.

During class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sourdough while getting hands-on with focaccia from start to finish. Each guest will mix their own focaccia dough, feed an active sourdough starter to take home, and decorate a beautifully fermented focaccia using garden-inspired herbs and toppings.

Expect a relaxed, creative experience with whimsical details, light refreshments, and plenty of time to ask questions, work with the dough, and enjoy the setting.
