Masses of large orange-red flowers grace this semi-dwarf, evergreen Azalea in the spring, with a light repeat bloom in fall. They thrive under shade trees in rich, acidic soil. Conduct light prunes throughout the year on leggy and expired branches, and hard prunes at the end of winter to encourage flowering.
