Frogfruit is both a versatile and vital wildflower. Tiny purple flowers pop up among the green foliage on this Florida native; they are small but very showy. It's a great groundcover that can handle dry, sandy soil and serves as a good nectar source for bees and small butterflies. It creates a dense mat of green foliage as a groundcover.
